You will be managing a high-volume kitchen, 2 assistant KM’s, over 32 BOH employees, with the need for creative menu ideas for our weekly specials. Your duties will consist of but not limited to managing cleanliness, food safety, inventory, ordering, receiving, training and supervision of all BOH systems and employees. You will be trained on all stations to ensure your ability to assist and back up staff. During peak business you will be engaged on Expo, the line and any other spot to execute and deliver quality, timely food and ensure that all customers are satisfied. Summary As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and management practices. Reporting to the General Manager, your core responsibilities include staff training, supervising kitchen teams, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your expertise in food preparation, inventory control, and hospitality management will be vital in optimizing kitchen performance.
