About The Role:

This role will help us open our flagship location right in the heart of Las Olas! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service and Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Worthwyld. As a part of our management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of guest service and ensuring smooth and efficient front of house and bar operations. • PTO •

Meal Allowance Responsibilities:

As the Service and Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily success of the front of house staff, including the bar.

Your responsibilities include:

Oversee daily FOH operations including the bar, hostess, ambassadors, runners/bussers. Lead and motivate the team by providing training, clear communication, guidance and support to ensure optimal performance, unprecedented guest connections, and continuing development

Beverage Program Execution:

Maintain relationships with beverage suppliers, evaluate the PMix. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage beverage costs to maintain budgetary targets while minimizing waste. Drive restaurant topline sales. Track beverage sales, PMix, and inventory levels, and present monthly reports to senior leadership. Ensure proper upkeep of front of house facilities and equipment. Understand basic maintenance troubleshooting and report issues to senior management using the daily shift log.

Requirements:

Minimum of five years of service experience with at least three years of craft bartending. Some management experience preferred. Experience in both bar and service roles, with some understanding of scheduling, inventory, ordering. Some understanding of P&L concepts and reporting. We put hospitality first but are firm believers in systems and data-driven decision making to run the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and using modern restaurant software platforms (POS, scheduling, cost management and reporting). Strong potential for leadership, coaching, and teaching. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening). A positive, solutions-oriented personality is a must. A genuine passion for guest service, employee engagement, and the hospitality industry. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
