You will work on premise, owning the inbound sales function and guiding prospects from first contact to Membership and beyond. Committed to our Members and their success, you will play a key role in helping the Revivery Team meet our financial and cultural objectives.

Using sauna, cold plunge, conversation, breathwork, and meditation, our thriving studio conducts instructor-led group classes to build our Members’ physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Our focus is on excellence throughout the Member experience. Our Staff is small, deeply committed, and passionate about contrast hydrotherapy. We are seeking a teammate who is knowledgeable in sales, retention, and Member-driven advocacy and who feels called to bring wellness to Members of all backgrounds, ages, and needs — from the most deconditioned to the most athletic.
About You:
You are an accomplished sales professional, excited at the prospect of achieving ambitious conversion and retention goals You are passionate about fitness, wellness, and contrast therapy You are personable, empathetic, friendly, and positive with highly-developed emotional intelligence You are excellent at communication regardless of format; in-person, voice, email, or text You understand that sales and retention is a team effort, and are willing to collaborate with coworkers throughout the organization to deliver on your goals and theirs You have experience with consultative sales techniques, including lead qualification, discovery of prospect pain points, matching needs with potential solutions, and making a recommendation-based close You have a lifetime value focus, are familiar with recurring revenue metrics, and know how to use upsell, cross sell, and downsell techniques to influence these metrics You have proven success driving Member referrals and advocacy You are data-driven, relying on your KPIs and pipeline management skills to determine where to focus your time and energy
Requirements:
1-3 years of consultative sales experience or 1-3 years of hybrid sales/customer service experience Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Fitness/wellness coaching/sales experience desirable, but not required Willing and able to work full-time in

$22 per hour
