Essential Job Functions:

Oversee banquet events from setup to breakdown, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with clients and team members to plan and execute successful meetings and events
Manage and train the Banquet team members to uphold service standards and efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and qualify regulations throughout all banquet and food and beverage activities
Support daily food & beverage operations, working closely with the kitchen and service teams
Other duties as assigned.

Hotel Specific:

Salary $60,000 – $65,000 annually.

Qualifications:

Three years experience in food & beverage, banquets, culinary, event management or related professional area
Alcohol Beverage Servers certification required
Food Handlers certification required
