Restaurant Manager Pete & Elda’s Bar/Carmen’s Pizzeria 96 Woodland Ave, Neptune City, NJ 07753 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fast-paced Jersey Shore restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and analyzing performance metrics. Assist in bartending duties as needed, ensuring adherence to beverage service standards. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives and promotional events. Experience Proven experience in a management role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Excellent leadership qualities that foster a positive work environment. Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency. Background in food management and hospitality is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
