The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in food production and kitchen management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. We are also looking for multiple Baristas with experience. Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, kitchen management, and customer service. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a cohesive team focused on delivering outstanding service. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary ingredients. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and sales reporting. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
