We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the restaurant industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, performance management and financial analysis.
Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using Restaurant365.
Implement effective staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members to build a strong team aligned with our restaurant’s values.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience.
Being knowledgeable and up to date with the Health Code requirements
Conduct monthly team meetings
Conduct weekly manager’s meetings Skills Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of food service operations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and standards to maintain quality control in the kitchen.
Strong inventory control skills to effectively manage stock levels and reduce waste.
Experience in Restaurant365 inventory software
Experience in interviewing and hiring processes to build an effective team.
Proficient in POS systems
