Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all banquet events from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction. Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels for food and beverage. Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that align with client expectations and dietary requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food management and service areas. Manage bar operations during events, ensuring responsible service of alcohol. Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to outline event details, roles, and expectations. Address any guest concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor event timelines to ensure all aspects of the event are executed on schedule. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in casual dining environments. Proficient in food management practices and principles. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Experience in shift management, ensuring adequate coverage for all events. Knowledge of inventory control processes related to food service operations.
