The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and service, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong background in food management and food service within a casual dining setting. Proven experience in kitchen management, including culinary skills. Excellent cash handling abilities with attention to detail. Effective supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Experience in training development for staff enhancement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
