What You’ll Do:
Craft delicious coffee, espresso, matcha, teas, and performance-based beverages Operate the multi lane drive-thru with speed, accuracy, and a smile Provide outstanding customer service in a fun and welcoming environment Keep things running smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized workspace Process transactions efficiently Be a team player in our fast-paced, high-energy shop

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support the barista team during shift Ensure smooth and effcient daily operations Prepare and serve top-tier coffee, espresso, matcha, teas, and performance drinks Manage the multi lane drive-thru, ensuring fast and friendly service Train and coach team members for high performance Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment Handle customer concerns with professionalism and positivity Assist with opening, closing, and inventory management
