Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate team members’ tasks during shifts
• Assist and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Operate Aloha POS system for order processing
• Support restaurant management in daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or catering industry
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols

• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
