Duties Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment. Manage inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Implement health and safety standards in compliance with food service regulations. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to maintain optimal coverage during peak hours. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve service quality. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or restaurant industry, preferably in a quick-service fast food environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with inventory control processes and food management practices. Culinary knowledge is a plus, particularly related to coffee or beverage service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
