Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations Train and develop Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications:

Fluent English required, bilingual preferred Ability to lift 30 or more pounds Availability to evenings, 2pm-11pm, including Fridays and Saturdays Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks •To uphold our brand’s professional image and meet food safety guidelines, team members must adhere to a strict dress code. This includes wearing the approved uniform, maintaining natural hair colors, and following grooming standards. Visible piercings (other than a single pair of earrings and one stud nose ring) are not permitted while on shift.•
