As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met while delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in food production and preparation, maintaining culinary excellence while adhering to food safety regulations. Train new employees on operational procedures, POS systems, and customer service expectations. Help resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain a positive dining experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure proper stock levels. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in managing staff and supervising team members effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and food production processes. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
