Role:

We’re looking for a Beverage Manager who can lead with confidence, manage with finesse, and always keep the guest experience top-shelf. You’ll be the go-to for all things beverage—ordering, inventory, staff development, and of course, crafting a killer drink menu.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily beverage operations and ensure the drinks flow smoothly (and profitably!) Collaborate with our Beverage Director to craft efficient, cost-effective ordering systems Maintain accurate inventory and place timely orders with vendors Keep the bar and restaurant sparkling clean, compliant, and guest-ready Lead, hire, and inspire a high-performing team of bartenders and servers Schedule staff with ease and ensure every shift is fully supported Handle guest feedback like a pro—turning complaints into comebacks Rock OpenTable™ like it’s second nature Ensure all staff are trained, empowered, and representing the Hawkeye vibe Keep it safe, smart, and seriously fun behind the bar

What We’re Looking For:
