As a Shift Leader you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader’s responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Requirements Hospitality Forward! A fast, friendly attitude and work ethic Business savvy Food and Facilities Safety Compliance Previous leadership experience working in quick service restaurants Ability to multitask and communicate effectively Passion for food service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and organizational skills Confident problem-solver Team player Responsibilities As Shift Leader, you will play a very important role in operating the store daily You will be responsible for maintaining fast friendly customer experience; keeping a clean organized kitchen; ensuring continuous flow of high quality cookies; keep crew working at a fast pass; ensure bakers are well trained and provide great customer service Shift Leader’s spend the majority of their time working in the kitchen as a team ensuring all crew members have assigned duties and all tasks are completed on time The shift leader’s responsibilities include running an efficient service, delegating tasks, handling till opening and closing, fostering a positive team and culture and reporting any issues to the manager Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management Managing employee requests and transgressions Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards Coaching team members and training new staff Handling customer issues
Anticipated Hours Days:
Monday through Saturday Weekly hours: up to 40 Shifts to potentially be available (for): Morning, day, and night Pay $17-$18 (includes hourly salary + tip) Benefits Employee Discount Off Every Sunday Flexible schedule Early close on certain holidays Regular performance collaboration and career growth opportunities Experience At least 1 year in restaurant/food industry management (Preferred) Certifications Food Handlers Certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift packages between 10-55 lbs Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift Climb a ladder Corporate Uniform Crumbl shirts and hat (required to be worn at each shift) will be provided Black pants Black sneakers No jewelry
