Floor Manager Sonny’s Tavern Dover, NH 03820 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from managing staff to maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Oversee food service management, ensuring that all culinary standards are met. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in bartending, kitchen operations, and customer service. Experience Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager in a quick service fast food restaurant. Strong background in culinary operations with knowledge of kitchen processes. Experience in team management, including staff training and development. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
