The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As an Assistant Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of service while managing staff effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the floor staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Supervise food service operations, including overseeing kitchen and food handling practices. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will conduct pre-shift meetings with wait and bar staff members. You will actively coach staff on company established policies and procedures for service standards and safety. You will oversee the Door Dash and pickup processes. You will manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures to assure accurate transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or food service management is preferred. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen management principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Language proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Scheduling expectations:
