What You’ll Do:

‍ Oversee daily food service operations for a facility under 250 beds Ensure compliance with state, federal, and dietary regulations Plan and adjust menus to meet clinical needs and resident preferences Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff to maintain high standards of service and sanitation Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience as a Food Services Director in a long-term care or healthcare setting Strong understanding of clinical diets and menu planning Knowledge of DOH regulations, food safety, and sanitation standards Excellent leadership and organizational skills CDM certification
