Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Provide training and development for new hires and existing staff, focusing on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. Assist in the interviewing process for new employees, helping to build a strong team. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader in a quick-service or fine dining restaurant is preferred. Strong background in food service management with knowledge of food handling practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Experience in coffee preparation or specialty beverage service is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
