Job Details:

Location:

3810 NY-31, Liverpool, NY 13090 Pay range: $18.50−$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a variable schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the restaurant Provide hands-on support to employees in all positions Ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high-performing work teams Lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications:

2+ year of fast casual restaurant management experience

NY:

Level 1 Serve Safe Certification 18+ years of age Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment Tolerance to temperature fluctuations Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil Read, write, speak, and understand basic English Communicate clearly and lead a team effectively
