Northern Manor Multicare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse(RN) Supervisor for the night shift in Nanuet, NY.

Duties:

Completeresident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff Establish a compassionate environment by providing support toresidents & families Provide information to residents & staff byanswering questions and requests Maintain a safe & clean workingenvironment by implementing rules & regulations Ensure residentconfidence by monitoring confidential information processing Managedocumentation of resident care services Promote a cooperativerelationship among health care teams

Requirements:

Must hold validRegistered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 3 years Long-Term Careexperience required Should be a strong and positive Team Directorfor all members of the staff Familiar with EHR and Prescribingprograms Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills
