Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field, preferred CDM preferred Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special dietary needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities

Dining Service Manager Job Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility Maintain compliance per state and federal regulations for long term care facilities Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special dietary needs Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual nutritional requirements Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized dietary plans for residents Monitor food production and service to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards Train and supervise dietary staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and order as needed Monitor budget and expenses related to the dietary department Rochester Manor + Villa is an EOE
