Duties:

• Must be morning person 5am on weekdays 6am on weekends. Day ends around noon.
• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for guests
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with food service during breakfast hours
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to management
• Assist with catering events or special functions as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in culinary, catering, or food service is preferred
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic meat cutting skills may be required for certain positions
• Understanding of food safety regulations and willingness to follow proper sanitation practices
