Jimmy John’s – Shift Leader (part of Inspire Brands) 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 2015 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC 29902 Jimmy John’s of Beaufort is seeking a full-time and part-time Shift Managers to join our team. As a Shift Manager/Person-in-Charge, you will be responsible for managing in-shop and delivery drivers, preparing food, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Manage in-shop and delivery drivers, including routing deliveries and maximizing delivery business and speed Ensure 100% accuracy in cash drawer management during shift Prepare food, including meat and vegetable slicing and bread production Provide world-class customer service to every customer Train and supervise staff on food preparation, sales, and service Maintain a clean and organized store environment Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be willing to take deliveries and have a valid driver’s license Reliable transportation required Must be able to work closing shifts (12pm-9:45pm) and opening shifts (6am-3pm), including at least one weekend day Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
