- 8am Rotating days off
- Off EVERY Sun, plus either Wed or Sat (alternates weekly)
Pay:
$17.00/hour, paid weekly, plus a weekly attendance bonus

Your Role:
Line Lead 1 The Production Line Lead 1 is responsible for leading the end-to-end production process for our fresh cut greens and other products alike. This role plays a critical part in guiding and supporting team members, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the production line team to meet daily targets while maintaining product quality. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and company policies (note: no disciplinary action enforcement). Maintain and improve quality/productivity through hands-on leadership and continuous improvement practices. Monitor inventory, storage cooler, and box room. Execute all administrative tasks related to production orders, labeling, and documentation. Coordinate materials and supplies to maintain uninterrupted production flow. Coach, train, develop team members to enhance performance and capability Lead and facilitate pre-shift meetings in the absence of the supervisor to align the team on production goals and expectations. Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to proper personnel. What You Need to
Succeed:
✔ Diploma is required, Associates Degree preferred ✔ 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles, with line leader experience strongly preferred ✔ Strong ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team. ✔ Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written. ✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem
- solving skills. ✔ Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic, fast
- paced environment.
✔ Able to learn and perform basic computer clerk duties. ✔ Stand-up forklift experience preferred, but not required ✔ Ability to learn how to operate machines and perform minor repairs ✔ Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a refrigerated warehouse (average temperature: 36-38°F). Frequent exposure to loud noise and heavy forklift traffic. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods on concrete floors.
