Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor Grand Hyatt Nashville – 3.3 Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Sales Mid-level TIPS High school diploma or GED Cash register 1 year Full Job Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervise and manage the activities of the front-of-house team and coffee shop staff, ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly service for all guests. Responsibilities Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. Addresses and corrects complaints of patrons. Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of the F & B outlet room associates to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons. Inspects F &B outlet serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations. May interview, hire, discharge, train, schedule work hours and keep time records of associates. May assist in planning menus, prepare beverages and expedite food orders. May collect payment from customers and total receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cash register. Rewards associates who use their empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations. Other duties as assigned by the leader Education and Experience HS Diploma or equivalent One-year experience as cashier, two years? experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or the retail trade; OR, an equivalent combination of experience.
