The Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities team aims to design, coordinate and implement an overarching company-wide, cross-board area strategy to build a cohesive approach that reflects SAP’s commitment to social innovation, community engagement and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. What you’ll do Develop and implement a unified strategy that aligns our internal people priorities and inclusion efforts with our broader societal contributions, leveraging the company’s technology, diverse workforce, and skills to enhance digital literacy, access to education, and entrepreneurship in underserved communities
Provide strategic leadership to embed inclusion and equality into every aspect of the employee lifecycle and our internal people processes, making it an integral part of our DNA
Develop comprehensive, multi-year strategic partnerships with intergovernmental organizations, NGOs, and non-profits, leading strategic alliances and coalitions aligned with SAP priorities Serve as the chief spokesperson for social responsibility and inclusion, leading the creation of messaging, brand, and visual identity that reflect our commitment to a people-centric and inclusive culture
Act as an advisor to the executive board and L-1 leaders on CSR and Inclusion, ensuring that inclusion and equality is woven into all strategies and decisions, reinforcing our People Agenda and commitment to a diverse workplace and workforce
Collaborate with our highly engaged ENGs to leverage their insights and expertise in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing engagement opportunities, and aligning initiatives with our People Agenda
Develop and oversee the annual operating budget for the unit, ensuring effective allocation and governance of resources for CSR and Inclusion activities What you bring Profound experience in leading regional/global initiatives, with strategic vision and ability to guide multidisciplinary, international teams Degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent; advanced degree and/or certification in Sustainability/Social Innovation a plus.
Proven track record advising, setting, and executing strategic direction for the Senior Executives on major corporate initiatives
Experience in working with HR practices, executing internal people strategy for a large global organization, including experience as P&C Business Partner and/or regional HR experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at fostering coordination and collaboration between CSR and Inclusion efforts
Empathetic, culturally aware, and committed to integrating CSR and Inclusion into organizational strategy and processes to drive sustainable social change and fostering an inclusive corporate culture
Partnership development experience required; experience working with non-profits, foundations, social enterprises an asset
Knowledge of SAP market strategy, products, and company culture
Strong strategic and operational understanding of CSR and Inclusion trends and frameworks Fluent in English (written and verbal) We win with inclusion

Compensation Range Transparency:
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 360,700 – 613,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
