Known for our beautifully designed outdoor dining space and welcoming, upscale atmosphere, we take pride in delivering a high-quality dining experience that keeps guests returning (and tipping generously!). We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in upscale dining who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary:

As a Server at Vyne Restaurant, your primary role will be to ensure our guests receive exceptional food and beverage service in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner. You will be expected to create a welcoming environment and contribute to a seamless dining experience, from greeting to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally. Present menus and desserts, highlighting seasonal items and menu themes. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into our

TOAST POS

system. Answer guest questions about the menu, wine list, and daily specials. Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages. Provide attentive service throughout the guest’s meal. Open wine bottles and serve beverages with proper etiquette. Ensure the accuracy of guest checks before a presentation. Assist with table setups, bussing, and resetting tables as needed. Complete side work duties as assigned during opening, mid, and closing shifts. Handle takeout orders and phone inquiries as business demands. Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an upscale dining environment. Basic wine knowledge and an enthusiasm to learn more. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with basic math and computer operations (POS experience a plus). Friendly, courteous demeanor with a passion for customer service. Professional appearance and a team-player attitude. Flexible availability, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
