Server American House Sarasota Sarasota, FL 34231 Dining Room Server Position Summary Dining Room Servers assist with the overall functioning of the culinary department by providing excellent customer service to our Residents, enriching the lives of those we serve, through innovative and creative culinary experiences! As a Server you will be serving delicious food to residents, building relationships and gaining a lifetime of experience. We are looking for compassionate, dependable and caring individuals with great personalities. No experience necessary, training is provided, hire starting age 16. Great first job, offers lots of experience and advancement potential No late nights We serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Daily – Lunch and Dinner Shifts Available weekends and holidays required Starting pay $15/ hour – non tipped position Experience working with Seniors a plus Previous experience of working in dining, dietary, customer service a plus. Providing our residents with the highest quality of customer service Responsible for communicating, interacting with, and observing our residents and familiarization of their needs and dietary restrictions Responsible for taking resident’s orders and serving resident meals and beverages. Cleaning, bussing and sanitation of the dining room, and other areas as directed Pre-service setup and post-service breakdown, as well as light side work
