Duties Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to kitchen management. Follow FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and CGMP standards to ensure compliance with food safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Perform basic math calculations for portioning and inventory management. Skills Knowledge of food processing techniques and basic food safety practices. Strong understanding of FDA regulations related to food handling and processing. Mechanical knowledge for operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to sanitize work areas effectively, maintaining high cleanliness standards. Familiarity with HACCP principles to ensure safe food handling practices. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for inventory tracking and portion control.
