As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary needs are accommodated. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Requirements Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred, including roles such as barista, bartender, or catering staff. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and an understanding of dietary restrictions is highly valued.
