Job Description:

As a Server at Fireside Tavern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service throughout their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service to each guest, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area. Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of food and adherence to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing payments and making change. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
