This is a permanent, long term position. We are not looking for seasonal help at this time. Experienced, energetic & friendly server for family owned, well established, busy restaurant in Watertown. We are looking for someone to join our family and provide excellent service to our many longtime customers. Must be willing and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Hourly plus tips

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Operate POS systems (Toast) to process payments and generate checks
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the dine in/ table service restaurant industry preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus
• A helpful attitude with a focus on guest relations
