Job Description
Catering Server Maine Lobster Bakes Portland, ME 04101 Make great money, work outdoors, and be part of unforgettable Maine experiences! Are you friendly, reliable, and ready to work hard while having fun? We’re looking for Servers to join our event team for off-site lobster bakes and catered gatherings across Maine. If you enjoy being part of a fast-paced, guest-focused team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
Help load and unload trucks before and after events Set up buffet lines and guest areas at beautiful outdoor locations Serve delicious Maine lobster and other local fare Keep service areas clean and organized Help with dishes, trash, and event clean-up Handle cash or card payments at food and drink stations Support guests and team members to keep events running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional attitude and great customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for 6-10 hours Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with bartending or mixology is a plus Why Join Us?
