Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests Handle payments through the POS system Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Ability to bus tables effectively Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill calculation Familiarity with restaurant or nightclub operations Experience in food service industry is a plus
