The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills and have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to proper food handling and safety standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Manage multiple tables efficiently while ensuring excellent guest relations throughout the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest needs or concerns. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Familiarity with culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations to enhance customer satisfaction.
