Server Assistant/Host/Hostess The Sycamore at Chatham Mills 480 Hillsboro Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312 We make working at a restaurant fun and enjoyable! The Sycamore is a local, family owned restaurant in downtown Pittsboro and we are looking to add a host/hostess and server’s assistant to our wonderful team! At the Sycamore we try to create an experience that customers won’t forget! Come work alongside our seasoned staff and the owner to serve guests some of the best food and cocktails in downtown Pittsboro. We look forward to working with you!

Hours of Operation and Pay:

Our regular dinner service week is from Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 5pm and ending at 9pm each evening. With a guaranteed weekend on Sunday and Monday. Pay is on a bi-weekly schedule and will be determined based on experience and may exceed what is listed on the job posting. Servers Assistants wage is $5 per hour plus tips! Host/ Hostess wage starts at $10 per hour! What you’ll be doing…..

HOST/HOSTESS

Greet guests and walk to tables. Answer phones. Manage/ Following reservation guidelines.

SERVER’S ASSISTANT

Help servers with their table by clearing plates, filling water glasses and bringing food out. Skills Friendly and personable with guests Understanding of food/dishes Ability to communicate effectively with guests Time management and organization.
