As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure that all tables are set properly and maintained throughout the meal service. Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a server or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus. Ability to handle cash register operations and perform cash handling tasks accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
