Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and polished Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and committed to creating memorable dining experiences. As a valued member of our front-of-house staff, you’ll be well-compensated with server minimum wage plus tips , bringing your hourly earnings to an average of up to $25-$30/hour .
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service in line with fine dining standards Greet guests with professionalism and warmth Guide guests through menu and wine selections with confidence and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service stations Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Process payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings preferred High attention to detail and poise under pressure Available to work Sunday through Thursday Professional appearance and demeanor
