Caribbean Cuisine We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and agile Cashier/Server with cooking experience to join our vibrant Caribbean restaurant in Brooklyn. This is a hybrid role combining front-of-house service with back-of-house responsibilities as a Junior Cook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests professionally, ensuring excellent customer experience
• Assist in food prep and cooking off peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
• Perform inventory checks and restock as needed
• Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds
• Follow all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience as both a server and cook
• Knowledge of or passion for Caribbean cuisine
• Must be clean, agile, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
• A NYC food handlers certificate is a plus
