Ridings Road, Syracuse, NY 13206 CNY Process Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented full-time Process Server to join our team. This is a field-based position involving substantial driving throughout our Central New York service area to deliver legal documents in accordance with state law, as well as performing court filings, record retrievals, and legal courier services. As a Process Server, you will independently conduct service of process on individuals and businesses, perform filings at various courts, retrieve legal records, and deliver time-sensitive legal documents. You will wear a provided body-worn camera, use a company-issued iPhone, and operate a two-way radio for real-time updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive daily throughout assigned counties to serve legal documents. Conduct service attempts at various times of day, as schedules and legal requirements demand. Accurately document each service attempt with GPS-tagged photos using a company-issued iPhone. Wear a body-worn camera during all service activities. Communicate regularly with the dispatcher via two-way radio. Complete all required affidavits and service documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Follow company policies and legal standards for proper service of process. Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions. Represent the company in a courteous and respectful manner when engaging with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid New York State driver license. Reliable vehicle with current insurance. Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM , Monday-Saturday. Ability to drive extensively across Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, Oswego, Madison, and Oneida Counties. Willingness to wear a body-worn camera and carry a two-way radio during shifts. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$19.00/hour plus $0.70 per mile driven. Company-issued iPhone and service plan provided. Health insurance options available after 90 days. 401(k) with employer matching after 1 year. Aflac supplemental insurance available. Paid vacation and sick leave. All necessary training provided.
