Servers Private Golf & Country Club 601 North Lake Boulevard, Mahopac, NY 10541

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns promptly
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately

Experience:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of bussing, cash handling, and cash register operations
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
• Basic culinary knowledge for assisting with food preparation when needed
