As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each patron has an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation as needed to maintain service flow. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Promote menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience. Experience Previous experience in a server role within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. A background in hospitality or sales is beneficial for enhancing guest interactions.
