Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar software. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas throughout the shift. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with bussing tables to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the culinary or nightclub industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
