Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that customers have everything they need for a pleasant meal. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires you to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact the overall success of our establishment and the satisfaction of our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Skills:
