We have openings in our Fine Dining restaurant, Casual Dining area. As a member of our waitstaff, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities :

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently Ensure all food and drink orders meet quality standards before serving Handle member inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining areas Process payments and manage transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Follow all club policies and health/safety regulations Specific Responsibilities by

Fine Dining :

Offer an elevated dining experience, knowledgeable about wine pairings and fine menu offerings, assist with multi-course meals.

Casual Dining :

Provide a relaxed yet attentive service, handle a wide range of menu items and bar offerings.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
