OVERVIEW

The CPO Manager is responsible for maximizing profitability of the Certified Pre-Owned within the store. This is accomplished through an outstanding client experience. In the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, this individual is also responsible for supporting and motivating Sales Professionals to meet or exceed sales objectives and efficiently managing store operations. Creating an outstanding client experience is critical aspect of this job. It is accomplished by creating a positive, inviting and fun environment for the discerning client. This includes enthusiastic, presentable and knowledgeable Sales Professionals that understand the client, attractive and inviting displays, as well as clean and well-lit stores with the best selection of watches for the local market. An outstanding client experience also includes fully satisfying the client as it relates to servicing a new or existing watch. It is crucial that the CPO Manager focus on developing a long-term relationship with the client that is based upon trust so that the client is more likely to think of purchasing from the store in the future. This includes strategically following-up with clients and handling escalated issues with outstanding diplomatic skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales (70%) Meet or exceed sales goals for CPO. Work with Sales Professionals to understand the appropriate vintage inventory to carry for the store. Educate Sales Professionals on vintage timepieces. Maintain good relationships with other CPO Managers and exchange inventory as needed. Present weekly at store meetings on CPO performance and goals. In the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, support and motivate Sales Professionals to meet or exceed sales objectives. Clearly communicate sales objectives and how this relates to weekly and monthly targets. This includes vintage as well as Bucherer watches. Coach Sales Professionals, providing just-in-time feedback to sales professionals to identify opportunities to improve skill set. Maximize percentage to retail on trade-ins and VIPs by ensuring the customer understands the advantages of purchasing from Bucherer. In accordance with Bucherer guidelines, determine trade-in value of a watch and determine any discount to be provided on a watch. As needed, work with Sales Professionals to close sales. Plus all duties of a Sales Professional. Efficiently manage daily store operations and personnel (30%) In the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Director, supervise work activities of the Service Manager, Cash Office and Sales Professionals. Maintain clear communications with Store Director and Assistant Director. As needed, manages business reporting/activities including signing-off on Daily Business Report and processes payroll. Responsible for opening and closing of store: § Opens store and safe in accordance with established security procedures. § Removes watches from safe and directs Sales Professionals to display in assigned cases or windows. § Manages inventory counts 2x per days with manager responsibility for Rolex counts. § Responsible for locking items in safe at close of business. Monitor inventory received into or shipped from the store. Closely monitor store security. Approve special orders. Constantly recruit top talent from competitors who demonstrate outstanding client service. This included interviewing, hiring and on-boarding. Handle performance issues with staff, i.e., corrective actions and attendance. Execute corporate directives/special projects as required.

Requirements:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week. A passion for developing clientele and selling.

QUALIFICATIONS 1-3

years of relevant luxury retail experience, including at least one year of management experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills. Sales driven and results orientated. Willing to be hands on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs. A Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred. Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.

SALARY RANGE

$90,000
