What’s in Store We’re on the lookout for a Workers’ Compensation Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our growing team! As a Compliance Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance with the Return-to-Work program protocols, reporting program outcomes, including researching, identifying and proposing efficiencies in the delivery of the Return-to-Work program services. You will also be responsible for maintaining administrative oversight of all documentation in liaison with the RTW Program Manager, the RTW Specialists and the clients. This role is a full-time, remote position; however, as occasional travel will be required to our Maitland, FL office, you must reside in the geographical area to be considered for the role. Additional travel may be required as needed. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor new compliance regulations and legislation for Vocational Services in multiple states Maintain updated spreadsheet verifying RTW team licensing and certifications Maintain and organize audit schedules related to services being provided to individual clients Meet deadlines for program outcome reporting, communicate with RTW Program Manager on compliance matters found in outcome reporting Inform management on the company’s compliance with RTW laws, regulations and policies through detailed reports Perform duties requiring a high level of confidentiality and tact at all times Assist with other administrative duties, special projects, etc., as assigned by management Skills, knowledge & expertise 2+ years of administrative/office/data entry experience Familiarity with Workers’ Compensation (State/Municipalities/Private Sector, etc.) Medical office experience preferred (HIPPA exposure and medical terminology) Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other graphic programs Excellent typing/PC skills An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits Benefits At Davies North America, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and future of our qualifying employees.
