Payroll/Benefits Administrator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Cohasset, MA 02025 Our client in Cohasset, MA is seeking an experienced payroll and benefits admin to join their team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing compensation processing and employee benefits management across the organization.
Job Details:
30 hours a week Direct-Hire 100% onsite
Cohasset, MA Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate records using Paylocity Administer employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness plans Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits requirements Respond to employee questions related to pay and benefits Support audits and collaborate with HR/Finance on reporting and planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) Previous experience managing payroll cycles and benefits plans Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paylocity or similar tools Knowledge of tax laws, employment regulations, and benefits compliance Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong discretion Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
